Job Description
Professional Services:
- Participate in the LLD document generation as per the supplied HLD and SOW in light of the vendor’s standards.
- Participate in developing project implementation schedule as per project SOW.
- Follow the project plan in deploying the implementation of Large-Scale projects upon the agreed plan & Scope of work.
- Perform project(s)’ Configuration as per its LLD proficiently & according to vendor’s Standards.
- Prepare Pre-Engagement & Project Closure presentations.
- Develop & execute the project’s acceptance criteria and test plan.
- Conduct the quality assurance & testing in light of the acceptance criteria.
- Provide full Technical documentation of the implemented projects.
- Prepare task status report as required.
Maintenance Contracts:
- Efficiently respond to the escalated problems within the time agreed on the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Competently Troubleshoot and Solve the escalated problems within the time agreed on the SLA.
- Follow the proper Escalation Matrix if the Problem is of a higher level or persists.
Value-Added Services (Technical Consultancy Responsibilities):
- Participate in High-Level Technical Value Add-On Services such as Forensic Investigation Cases and remediation services.
- Advice on configuration optimization for maximum uptime and performance.
General Tasks:
- Fulfill personal development plan.
- Participate in technical and non-technical know-how transfer with the team.
- Perform all assigned tasks from the direct manager within the scope of the department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience.
- CCNA- SEC is a must.
- Professional level in security technologies.
- Hands-on experience on NG Firewalls, IPS, and Clean Access Solutions.
- Solid Knowledge of TCP/IP.
- Solid Knowledge of Network Protocols.
- Solid Knowledge of Technical report writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent Command of English language skills.
