Job Description
- Confidently and efficiently dissect ITTs/RFPs/RFQs/PQQs
- Plan, produce and deliver compliant and responsive bids and proposals within a complex business environment
- Coordinate bid and proposal input from a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Under the guidance of the Bids Manager, autonomously manage the full lifecycle of the bids process (Opportunity Assessment/Bid Development/Bid Submission and post-submission)
- Maintain and develop bid documents and the bid database
- Contribute to the continual improvement of bid processes and associated best practice
- Assist in promoting a proactive approach to bid development and delivery
- Positively and helpfully liaise with fee-earners across the Firm on a daily basis
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ bids and proposals experience (further training will be provided)
- A sales mind-set and a genuine interest in the bids and proposals process
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous deadline-driven projects
- Experience in professional services necessary
- Methodical and a precise attention to detail
- Degree educated and commercially savvy
- Advanced level MS Office skills
- Bilingual English and Arabic (strong writing and translation skills necessary)
