Job Description
- Develops and maintains salary range structures, establishes cost effective allowances and establishes market based benefits.
- Analyzes published surveys; reviews appropriateness of current surveys and researches and recommends new opportunities for obtaining salary and benefit data.
- Prepares and support the payroll system for Headquarters and other offices.
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Prepare analytical reports and studies that is requested from different departments related to compensation and benefits to take right decision
- Ensures compliance with local wage and employment laws, including pay and benefits review and recommendations.
- Prepares and support the payroll system for Headquarters and other offices.
Job Requirements
- Ability to research, compiles, and interprets data in a logical format.
- Good understanding of compensation concepts, including job analysis, market pricing, and total rewards.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and ability to successfully perform in-depth analyses. Must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of demonstrated compensation and benefits experience
