Job Description
- Prepares customer artwork in PDF
- Review electronic incoming files for accuracy
- Assist with the Design process
- Perform color separations on digital files and print digital separations to an image setter
- Advise color counts on designs. Keeping with print specifications.
- GMG chromlin to output
- Maintain an artwork file database accessible to all members.
- Prepare Flexo printing artwork files
- Staging, building and maintaining jobs and workflow for the Flexo Printing
- Perform color management tasks, testing and relinearization
- Conduct color matching for reorders based on standards
- File and maintain job folders and build standards file
- Maintains all necessary design logs, trackers and reports
- Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of Management
- Working with Istanbul operations when required.
Job Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and creativity
- Excellent color discrimination required
- Flexo experience is a bonus
- Working to tight deadlines.
- Good training skills.
- Minimum 1-year of experience working in a Graphics Arts/ Pre-Press environment
- Knowledge of a Macintosh computer environment, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop required.
- Conscience to detail
- English and Arabic a MUST.
