Job Description

  • Onboarding all the new hires (send job offers, communicate with candidates..,etc
  • Check the correctness and completeness of all personnel documents.
  • Maintains and creating a backup of all the data related to employees.
  • Reply to all the employees' inquires on daily basis.
  • DM employees with special cases to solve it.
  • Support all the operations team members in their day to day tasks

Job Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication is a MUST.
  • Excellent oral and written English is a MUST.
  • Good knowledge & ability to deal with the most of Microsoft Office programs
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fixability in the working hours.
