About the Opportunity

 

Iron Mountain’s Global Technology Organization is in search of a dynamic Product Manager who will be responsible for defining and leading the building of desirable, feasible, viable products that solves customer’s digital challenges. The Product Manager will be part of the EMEA Product Strategy team who will partner with the Commercial, Operations, R&D, and the Engineering teams to envision new productions and solutions, and drive the launch of those products & solutions in existing and new market segments.

 

An ideal candidate for this role must be a passionate, team-oriented problem solver with a customer-centric mindset. They should demonstrate a hybrid of business and technical acumen and have extensive experience using tools and techniques of Design Thinking.

 

What you will do

 

  • Conduct market opportunity, requirements and competitive analysis, define product concepts, develop detailed requirements, feature definitions and implementation plans
  • Lead workshops with external and internal stakeholders to distill and prioritize market and customer requirements
  • Capture and evaluate new business opportunities/ideas/potential partner companies
  • Drive adoption of core Iron Mountain products and services, deliver local requirements to global product management to enhancement initiatives
  • Craft and orchestrate Go-To-Market Strategy for new product introductions or product enablement initiatives
  • Create and maintain product portfolio roadmap that is complete for multiple market segments and geographies
  • Manage product / service through all life cycle stages
  • Collaborate with internal and business stakeholders to ensure customers receive the full value of the release via marketing & sales enablement


 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (doesn’t matter what you studied as long as you have a passion for creating customer centric solutions)
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a product management or product strategy role working with customers to understand their challenges and to build innovative solutions to solve those challenges
  • Leverages data to build a solid business case and support strategic and tactical recommendations
  • Deep understanding of the product life cycle - introduction to growth, growth to maturity, and maturity to decline
  • Analyzes the financial performance (leading and lagging KPIs) of current service offerings including win/loss analysis
  • Naturally curious, ability to quickly develop domain and customer expertise
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a diverse, international team
  • Adept at adjusting to changing circumstances quickly and professionally, comfortable with navigating ambiguity, and passionate about driving change
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Speaks Arabic & English Fluently
