Job Description
- Establishing data strategy, gathering data and insights to support key business decisions
- Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented in order to target marketing activities appropriately
- Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
- Recycling and labeling old lists to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
- Ensure automation workflow for the sales cycle
- Communicate with the sales team to update and follow up on the old leads.
- Design data tracking and monitoring tools.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience using CRM (Zoho or Salesforce, Hubspot,…)
- Strong skills in analyzing data,
- Excellent multitasking, time management skills, and task management strategies,
- Advanced level in Ms Excel
- Confident in decision making and the ability to explain processes or choices as needed,
- Able to compile and organize statistical information retrieved and present findings to management,
- Preferably intermediate level in English,
