Job Description

Docspert Health is an international national startup company with headquarters in Birmingham, UK and Cairo, Egypt.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Manager who will rapidly expand our B2B partnerships in the medical insurance field and with corporates.
 

About the Job

  • Proactively identifying prospects, building and maintaining a pipeline to grow partnerships.
  • Approach, design, manage and execute partnerships that support Docspert Health's B2B customer acquisition, especially with medical insurance companies and large corporates.
  • Works within an acquisition and retention plan building new relationships through a series of personal visits, meetings, events and follow up practices.
  • Prepare needed materials related to partnerships activities including proposals, profile, videos and presentations.
  • Research and analyse the market, and use existing contacts, to identify and explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and where relevant, leverage those relationships to greater collective impact and incremental value.
  • Working with external partners to explore new possibilities and integrations and securing winning partnerships for Docspert Health.
  • Manage the partner onboarding process and relations, and give reports about partnership processes.
  • Reach out to other businesses and devise mutually beneficial offers for customers.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in partnerships or business development,  or sales or a similar position
  • MUST have strong experience in the medical insurance sector and/or selling to corporates HR and benefits departments, or to their CEOs and COOs.
  • MUST have existing high-level ( C-level) contacts and networks within medical insurance or large corporates in the Egyptian market
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or healthcare field.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage and perform presentations
  • Self-motivated, hard worker with innovative skills.
