The project Description:

The OBS Fusion project consists of preparing and deploying the Oracle ERP Cloud solution, addressing all ERP functions from taking customer orders to reporting across the entire OBS division, with a first scope = NRS subsidiaries France.

Within this project, the "Project Financial" team is made up of business experts seconded by the entities, and solution experts configuring / producing the functions, reports, interfaces required by the processes in this area: management of project repository (WBS), management of the resource repository (RBS), project life cycle (creation, planning, progress monitoring, closure), order intake, time tracking, cost collection, invoice preparation, generation of income, preparation of the accounting closure for the project accounting cycle.

Role:

The Project Financial solution expert is aware of the solution for his domain, functions, configuration / Parameters, data model, reports, and interfaces.

  • In permanent contact with the team's business experts and other project solution experts, configure the solution and deliver the reports and interfaces for domain responsibility, enabling the use cases submitted to be addressed as and when adoption of the ERP; relies on the application, its own experience and on the referents of the field at Group level to orient the business towards standard, simple and harmonized processes;
  • Delivers the expression of need and validates the interfaces and complex states of the domain;
  • Identifies, reports and tracks application failures with the publisher for the domain (SR);
  • Defines workarounds for functional shortage which give rise to the creation of an evolution (ER) or to the attachment to an existing ER
  • Maintains online help to secure the proper use of the application on the domain, and provides expert support for incidents of users addressed to the domain;
  • Evaluates and tests the new functionalities made available during the application version upgrades on the domain; checks the absence of regression of the new versions of the application on the domain;
  • Contributes to data migrations in the domain;
  • Transmits its expertise to internal teams in charge of the solution in the field.

Job Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in the data model and functions of project financial management modules (PF, SLA, GL) and time tracking (Time & Labor) of Oracle Financial and Oracle PPM applications, if possible in the cloud version. Oracle Financial Cloud GL Implementation Specialist and Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud certifications are a bonus. Knowledge of related Oracle Financial modules (PO, AP, INV, FA, Expense) is a plus.
  • Previous experience (3 to 5 years) in contact with project management jobs, either on the business side or on the solution side. Participation in a Fusion project at Orange is a plus. Participation in a project with an ESN is a plus.
  • French is a must.
  • Advanced English, both written and spoken.
