Job Description
We are seeking an Intune Support Engineer to support our enterprise mobile and endpoint management
platform, focusing on Intune administration and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for Microsoft Intune across all device platforms.
- Manage device enrollment, compliance, policies, profiles, and apps.
- Troubleshoot issues involving Conditional Access, authentication, and device configuration.
- Support Autopilot and provisioning workflows.
- Work with security teams on endpoint protection measures.
- Maintain documentation and SOPs.
- Assist in Intune automation and modernization initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune or similar MDMs.
- Good knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, Windows 10/11, iOS, Android.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Windows Autopilot.
- Microsoft certifications (MD102, AZ900).
- PowerShell scripting is a plus.
