Prepare the status report of testing activities
Define Regression scope for ongoing releases
Lead and motivate a small team of Manual test analysts and Software Developers to achieve the company goals.
Monitor the test progress by constantly assessing the work assigned to each of the resources and re-allocate as required

5+ years experience in the same field
Bachelor Degree: Engineering & Computer Science
Solid experience with Manual testing
Strong understanding of QA principles, processes and Software development life cycles
Core group member and an excellent team player
Strong experience in functional/Non-functional testing
Good experience with API testing and Mobile testing on Android and iOS
Familiar with MS SQL
Familiar with WISA stack (Windows, IIS, SQL, ASP.Net)
Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
Proven communication skills to liaise with the Test team, Developers, and other departments Team Leads when handling any bugs and requests.
