Job Description

  • Studying the market & the potential jobs.
  • Reviewing the projects specifications & requirements.
  • Preparing commercial and technical bids proposal.
  • Following up and negotiating with clients until finalizing the jobs.
  • Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts and identify new potential customers within the allocated sales area.
  • Contract, LOA and LOI review
  • Preparing the project costing and handing it over to the construction department.
  • Cooperation with the construction department in case of any contractual problems that occur during the execution.
  • Achieving the sales target while maintaining the required profit margins.
  • Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products.
  • Maintain an awareness of sales and other developments amongst competitors and pass any relevant information to the appropriate company staff.
  • Maintain an awareness of developments in sales generation and product development.
  • Direct and control the company’s sales staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Engineering Degree qualified.
  • Exceptional level of computer literacy in Windows – Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • 5 years experience in a similar role (construction Chemical )
  • Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience within the sales, contracts and procurement fields – experience working in a similar role preferable ( construction chemical )
  • Must have outstanding communication skills and capable of representing the company on technical/commercial issues with the clients.
  • Ability to relate and interact successfully with a multi‐cultural workforce at all levels is essential
  • Must be able to work both independently with a proactive approach and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Should have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge and experience of marketing and sales
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
