Job Description
- We're looking for graduated C1 italian speakers with B1/B2 English for a technical support vacancy at SYKES Egypt.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding
- Work from home from day 1.
- Flexible shifts between 9 AM and 9 PM.
