Job Description

 

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Interact with current and potential customers. And uses data analysis about customers' history with a company to improve business relationships with customers, specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Understand customer need, Deal with him patiently.
  • Write system reports and analysis

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Preferred to have experience in Odoo
