Job Description

  • Recording and updating data using the CRM system.
  • Updating the CRM system compared with the actual sales process
  • Checking CIL from the brokers and adding to CRM
  • Commissions and target calculation
  • Creating/export required reports from the CRM Database.
  • support departments (Customer Service, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Vendor, and all departments using the CRM Service) to ensure data requirements are being met.
  • Responsible for All Related Documents & information’s of Indirect Brokers (Brokerage Agency, Ambassador & International Brokers)
  • Updating the daily sales report and archiving the forms and sales attachments

Job Requirements

  • Excellent M.S office user.
  • Reporting skills.
  • CRM user is preferable.
  • inexperienced in real state sales function (indirect sales/direct sales)
