Job Description
In this role, you will ensure all the departments are running smoothly and our customers are receiving the quality of service they’ve come to expect. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting and globally distributed environment. You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, optimizing and improving our systems while working with a dynamic group of engineers from around the world.
- .Overseeing multiple projects, while ensuring that commitments and timetables are met.
- Continuously review areas of responsibility to increase productivity and improve efficiency
- Responsible for the efficient allocation of manpower, equipment, and resources
- Communicate and interact with team leaders to optimize task performance while maintaining a high level of morale
- Ensures customers are kept fully informed throughout the implementation process and that expectations are met
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT/Training with management experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant operations experience
- Knowledge of Corporate training
- Managing budgets, forecasts for R&D, production and content production
- Certifications in PMP is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English & Arabic
- Leadership and Time Management Skills
