Job Description

  • Responsible for the smooth running of all users in different departments.
  • Administrate users' creation/suspending, profiles & authorities.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking problems/issues.
  • Responsibility for procurements of hardware and software.
  • Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time, testing and evaluating new technology.
  • Follow-up with service requests received on the Company Help desk ticketing system and solve them according to the agreed SLA. 

Job Requirements

  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience ( 2 – 4 years ).
  • Preferred to live nearby Smouha of Gleem.
