Job Description
- Responsible for the smooth running of all users in different departments.
- Administrate users' creation/suspending, profiles & authorities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking problems/issues.
- Responsibility for procurements of hardware and software.
- Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date.
- Managing multiple cases at one time, testing and evaluating new technology.
- Follow-up with service requests received on the Company Help desk ticketing system and solve them according to the agreed SLA.
Job Requirements
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience ( 2 – 4 years ).
- Preferred to live nearby Smouha of Gleem.
