Job Description
- Screen possible digital educational content providers In Middle Eastern Countries.
- Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts.
- Identify learning objectives and design learning experiences using a variety of learning modes and strategies to develop skills and close gaps.
- Develop learning plans, that include activities, exercises, supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc), and compelling course content.
- Develop teacher guides that translate the learning plans into actions.
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments.
- Maintain project documentation and course folders.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate is someone who has a PASSION for Education.
- BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology, or similar.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Teaching experience is a plus.
- Teaching experience in community schools is a plus.
- High English language skills
