Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive, as for welcome drink in case available.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Organize the customers visits logistics whether catering, transportation, schedule, ..etc.
- Responsible of the showroom, meeting rooms (new), and seminar rooms cleanliness and schedule
- Maintaining a log using the internet to process sample orders
- Reception area is tidy and presentable, make sure that the Showroom is always clean
- Make sure about the showroom opening, closing, lighting inside,
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Perform other related duties as assigned by direct manager in case the showroom is closed like: Handling the cleaning, security check with the office manager
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business administration or equalities
Minimum Experience:
- At least from 0-2 Years of experience as a receptionist
Job-Specific Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist.
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
