Job Description
We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to join our fast growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, meetings and knocking door visits.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Present company products and presentations to suspected clients at their headquarters.
- Close sales and achieve the quarterly target.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
- Prospect for potential new leads and turn them into increased business.
- Sending cold emails to new leads
- Cold call as appropriate within his/her assigned market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Identify decision-makers within the client organization and convince them of our services.
- Build relationships with new clients.
- Work with our team to develop proposals for potential clients
- Negotiate prices and range of services offered.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets quarterly.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English is a MUST. Another language skill is a plus.
- Graduate of business / marketing from reputed business school.
- Excellent and proven research capabilities with evidential success.
- Minimum 1 years in business development / product marketing / marketing research or similar roles.
