Job Description
- Responsible for all aspects of business travel activities and arrangements
- Prioritize workload & Process information to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accurate files
- Actively seek / research the internet / known sources to obtain the best options for travel / accommodation
- Ensure adherence of all division / company, local & legal requirements
- Ensure any staffing issues are dealt with in a professional & timely manner & in line with company policy & procedure
- Process documentations in a timely manner & communicate progress to relevant parties & Line Manager
- Ensure all statistics, rates & department performance levels are monitored & recorded & prepare monthly reports
- Develop efficient processes to meet company objectives
- Actively monitor the company’s budget & ensure all tasks are carried out in line with company guidelines
- Develop internal & external relationships to benefit department & company
- Manage & Control all communications between Travel Agents & Travel coordinators
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Familiar in handling travel and transportation activities such as flight bookings
- Spoken and written Arabic and English is required
- Computer literate and familiar with database maintenance
- High interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly organized and efficient
- Great attention to detail
