Review the tender documents to evaluate the scope of the project and provide recommendations to the direct the tendering team accordingly.
Reads the contracts conditions carefully to take it into consideration when preparing the tender.
Receive the queries from the team, review them, make the needed amendments and send them to the clients to gain needed information about the projects.
Manages the process of negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors when needed to facilitate the tendering process.
Reviews the direct and indirect cost sheets and make the needed amendments in coordination with Engineering and Tendering Director.
Manages the process of tendering for more than one project in the same time and meet the required deadlines from clients.
prepares the final tender documents for all the project and review and approve it from the Engineering and Tendering Director
Conducts the final tuning with the Engineering & Tendering Director regarding the final prices of the projects.
Negotiates and coordinates with the clients and revise the tender in order to award the project to the company.
Coordinates with the Engineering department to ensure it is aligned with the client’s requirements.
Manages the process of handing over the project documents and requirements to the operations team.
Evaluates the performance of the tendering department team .

EXPERIENCE TO EXECUTE THIS ROLE: 12+ years of experience in the Water & Environment design Industry in a top tier regional
Knowledge of Water & Environment design, covering specializations
Excellent Organization Skills
Excellent English Language
