Planning Engineer

• Main point of Planning specialist is to produce the right production in the right time according to the sales orders
• Receive raw material stock, Revise material competency with sales order requirement. And Ensure material availability to production lines in the right time.
• Convert planned orders to production orders for each step on AX system
• Receive re-allocation decision for rejected materials from MRP and apply the quality recommendation.
• Keep updated with production lines capabilities and line availability.
• Capable to identify product routing and steps based on the operational and design team.
• weekly base work to schedule production orders for work centers & transportation plan
• The daily base follows up, record and review the production execution according to the weekly plan
• Communicate production schedule with production departments. Clarify any open questions regarding the schedule.
• Inventory management to maintaining proper inventory levels/turns and disposition of excess inventory in a timely manner, and review the WIP of the plans with the actual orders WIP in stock.
• Communicate with production, maintenance to organize the optimum time to do required maintenance.
• Participate in daily Production/Quality meetings to review previous day’s results and discuss current/future production.
• Monitor and evaluate production statistics, such as downtime, productivity, etc. and advise on performance to standards.  Evaluate established time standards in relation to actual performance and recommend action as needed.
• into consideration maximum productivity, production rules to minimize setup time.
• Re-plan the routing of the orders in WIP in case of emergencies such as line breakdown, quality problems or delayed deliveries.
