About the Job
  • Follow-up with contractor's consultants on producing the shop-drawings.
  • Review and prepare engineering submittals.
  • Take part in the selection process of subcontractors and suppliers for projects.
  • Preparation of comparisons to sub-contractors and suppliers (technical + finance) and analysis of prices, select the category that will be included in the tender
  • Review invoices of subcontractors and material request from Sites
  • Coordinate with technical office engineers on-site on providing progress reports.
  • Follow up with subcontractors and suppliers during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance and payments
  • Reviewing the QS of executed activities.
  • Maintain organized and detailed records and documents of all projects (i.e. working drawings,  quantity surveying, purchase orders … etc.) and coordinate with different teams to get these documents issued.
Job Requirements
  • BSc. in Architectural Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of experience 
  • Good English.
  • Microsoft office
  • AutoCad
