  • Implement training and development plans to company employees (most important ) .
  • Worked in startups companies before .
  • Designing and updating job descriptions.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  • Preparing and presenting social insurance requirements.
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
Job Requirements
  • Experience: 2 - 5 years as an HR Specialist
  • Age: 23 to 30 years old
  • Graduated only
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or a similar role.
  • Sound judgment
  • University Degree
  • Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
  • Diploma in human resources.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist
  • Solid experience in recruitment especially interviewing and selection for mass hiring.
