Job Description
- Implements the quality system for the educational sector to certify for ISO 9001 QMS.
- Creates and updates operational procedures and manuals.
- Sets quality controls and KPIs for each operational department.
- Monitor adherence to controller documents, and edits/updates them regularly maintaining their records.
- Prepares QA audits and Non-compliance Reports (NCR) and suggest corrective measures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in a related field.
- Quality certifications are a must. (TQM, ISO, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Previous experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is preferable.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Educational sector is preferable)
- Alexandria resident or willing to move to Alexandria.
