Job Description

Recruitment specialist is now required to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.

Responsibilities :

  • Create and publish job ads.
  • Screen CVs and job applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles.
  • Use data and statistics to make informed decisions that solve Team problems.
  • Researching new opportunities in how the company can find and attract better candidates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is a must.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist for 1 -3 years.
  • Medical Experience throw Healthcare or related Medical industries.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment website
  • Certificates in Human Resources is a must.
  • General understanding of financial compensation packages
  • Negotiating skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent Excel proficiency.
