Job Description
- Study the tender documents (specifications, drawing, BOQ, method of measurements and contracts) to understand the project scope.
- Assist in preparation of financial and technical comparison sheets to analyze the variance of commercial and technical offer.
- Update the contact list to maintain communication with suppliers or clients.
- Negotiate with the clients and prepare the tender in order to award the project to the company
- Follow-up with the suppliers the delivery of materials to the site.
- Lead,supervise and coach the tendering team and give them the needed support when needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 4- 8 Years of experience in tech and tendering
- Experience in site installations not less than 2 years for fire protection systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of methods and procedures related to estimating projects/construction cost
- Very Good knowledge of local market competitors and vendors
- Fluent in English
