Job Description
- Contribute to solution discussions within the wider Applications Team as the SME for your area.
- Work towards reducing the dependency on manual spreadsheets in MS Excel throughout the business.
- Engage heads of departments/ key stakeholders to assess their business priorities and requirements.
- Manage own workload in the alignment of the corporate, departmental priorities.
- Manage relevant projects (including cost assessment and review) from inception to implementation.
- Review, develop and recommend business process improvements.
- Analyse alternative solutions and make recommendations.
- Participate in and drive business process improvement project initiatives in a global and/or local context.
- Promote benefits available through the use of information systems to department heads.
- Work with technical and reporting resources to deliver solutions where appropriate.
- Assist the IT Operations Team with requests requiring SME input.
- Responsible for analysing reporting requirements to reduce manual reporting and time spent on data mining.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science
- At least 5 years’ experience in Oracle ERP as Techno-Functional in business suit 12i.
- Strong English language.
