Job Description

HR Role: 
To Play The Role Of HR Coordinator In Between COMETC And Capital One HR Dep, This Will Include The Following

  • Employee On Boarding (Second Stage).
  • Attendance.
  • Payroll Issues.
  • HR Corresponding. (Between Sage, Central Kitchen & Head Office).
  • To Perform One On One Meeting With Restaurant Team.  

Marketing Role:
To Coordinate Between Marketing Agency And Restaurant Team. 

  • Receive Guest Feedback From The Page, Through The Agency.
  • Following Up With The Restaurant Until Problem Solved, Reservation Made…Etc.
  • Keep Recording & Classifying Problems.
  • Track The Agency Performance And Responding To Page Fan.

Public Relation Role:
To Perform Guest Feedback, And Keep Record For Restaurant Regular Guest.

  • Daily Receiving Table Visit Record From The Restaurant.
  • Perform Guest Call And Record Their Feedback On The Designated Sys.
  • Send Weekly Performance Report To The Restaurant From The Sys.
  • To Conduct Random Table Visit.  
  • To Coordinate Between Company Deps.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years in Admin. Role
  • Very good English Level
  • Customer Service background / Hospitality Background
  • Females Only
