To Play The Role Of HR Coordinator In Between COMETC And Capital One HR Dep, This Will Include The Following
- Employee On Boarding (Second Stage).
- Attendance.
- Payroll Issues.
- HR Corresponding. (Between Sage, Central Kitchen & Head Office).
- To Perform One On One Meeting With Restaurant Team.
Marketing Role:
To Coordinate Between Marketing Agency And Restaurant Team.
- Receive Guest Feedback From The Page, Through The Agency.
- Following Up With The Restaurant Until Problem Solved, Reservation Made…Etc.
- Keep Recording & Classifying Problems.
- Track The Agency Performance And Responding To Page Fan.
Public Relation Role:
To Perform Guest Feedback, And Keep Record For Restaurant Regular Guest.
- Daily Receiving Table Visit Record From The Restaurant.
- Perform Guest Call And Record Their Feedback On The Designated Sys.
- Send Weekly Performance Report To The Restaurant From The Sys.
- To Conduct Random Table Visit.
- To Coordinate Between Company Deps.

- Very good English Level
