Job Description
Executive Assistant for Upper Management in a First-tier construction company to handle the following:
- Assist in handling incoming and outcoming communication
- Assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Assist in managing facility administration and staff
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
Job Requirements
- Ability to coordinate and handle several high-priority tasks
- Fluency in written Arabic and English
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in Construction Sector is a strong bonus
- Living in close proximity (Madinaty/Shorouk) is a strong bonus
