Job Description
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents,
- using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating
- Meet with individuals, special interest groups, and others on behalf of executives, committees, and boards of directors.
- Managing one's own time and the time of others.
- Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
