Job Description

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules
  • Prepare  reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents,
  • using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating
  • Meet with individuals, special interest groups, and others on behalf of executives, committees, and boards of directors.
  • Managing one's own time and the time of others.
  • Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

Job Requirements

  • Active Listening
  • Actively looking for ways to help people.
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
