Job Description

  • Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
  • Prepare budget and financial forecasts information
  • Publish financial statements in time-Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
  • Maintains general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records
  • Collect, analyze and summarize account information
  • Prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
  • Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed
  • Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
  • Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
  • Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
  • Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management
  • Follow-up the sites request and follow-up of contracting extracts once approved, and follow-up site expenses monthly
  • Prepares reports of estimated future costs and revenues
  • Manages the deployment and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: From 6 to 9 years
  • Trading or Contracting Background 
  • Advanced degree in Accounting
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
  • Excellent accounting software user
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
  • Working with Quickbooks and financial statements
  • Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
  • Exceptional experience in the field of contracting and supplies
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Extensive corporate tax experience
