Job Description
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
- Prepare budget and financial forecasts information
- Publish financial statements in time-Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
- Substantiates financial transactions by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
- Maintains general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records
- Collect, analyze and summarize account information
- Prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
- Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed
- Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
- Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management
- Follow-up the sites request and follow-up of contracting extracts once approved, and follow-up site expenses monthly
- Prepares reports of estimated future costs and revenues
- Manages the deployment and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls.
Job Requirements
- Experience: From 6 to 9 years
- Trading or Contracting Background
- Advanced degree in Accounting
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
- Excellent accounting software user
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
- Working with Quickbooks and financial statements
- Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
- Exceptional experience in the field of contracting and supplies
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Extensive corporate tax experience
