- Handling Export daily operations.
- Full ability to coordinate among all factory departments to finalize export orders
- Consolidate the business relationship with most of the shipping lines and freight forwarders on regular basis to get updated about market rates
- Getting lowest ocean freight rates
- Ensure that customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
- Keeping good records and documentation.
- Capable of anticipating and improvising so as to fulfill users' needs & communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Supervise orders and all shipments
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Prepare accurate reports and invoices for upper management and customers.
