Job Description

  • Sourcing and reaching out to potential candidates for various positions
  • Work in building talent acquisition pipeline to attract and hire qualified candidates leveraging public channels such as social media.
  • Work with key stakeholders to enhance employer brand in the marketplace to support the company's purpose.
  • Schedule interviews and sending invitations to potenial candidates.
  • Organize work schedule and timeframes for the required tasks.
  • Attend employment fairs and HR events.
  • Work in different social media channels like Facebook and Linkedin and provide market insights.
  • Engage in other HR tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline from well recognized university.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR area specially recruitment.
  • Working with Social Media channels is required
  • Excellent English level (Oral and written)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and able to set priorities to deliver before deadlines.
