About the Job
  • Promotes and sells Real States products and services offered by the employer
  • Studies and understands all facets of the Real States and services being offered
  • Performs outbound and inbound communication to potential Customers
  • Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in the assigned projects.
  • Delivers sales reports to upper management.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Preparing and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Details pricing and negotiate costs when necessary
  • Communicate clients outside of normal business hours when necessary.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Receives bonuses for exceptional sales performance
Job Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field
  • Not less than 2 years of experience in Real State is a must
  • Telesales/telemarketing experience.
  • Outgoing Personality, Interpersonal Skills, Persuasiveness, Confidence
  • Very good Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Customer Service, Maintaining Relationships, Listening, Resilience, Creativity, Adaptability, Organization, Detail-Orientated, Multi-Tasking, Reliability
  • Fluent in English is a must.
