About the Job

Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues the user's encounter.
Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
Create and verify backups of data
Respond to and resolve help desk requests
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, protection software and other processes
Install and test computer-related equipment
Plan and implement data migration and conversion activities
Prepare reports for management
Prepare general and detail designs and Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the systems implementation staff
Manage Daily and preventive maintenance (Software, Hardware)

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Engineering
Experience as IT Manager at least 3 years
Good level of written & spoken in Arabic & English
ERP Implementation
Oracle database
High communication and presentation skills
Strong Personality
An expert level at Implementing and testing applications
Ability to design and implement integrated solutions between applications and other systems
Proactively learn and utilize new technologies, concepts, and procedures as appropriate to project requirements
