Job Description
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site.
- Establish, report and follow up all activities.
- Checking and preparing website reports, designs and drawings.
- Conduct a daily briefing with team leaders to follow up and report. on progress made in order to anticipate any potential delays in planned tasks.
- Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of this deviation and restore the delay to finish the task in time.
- assist the project manager in supervising and managing the construction activities of the designated project.
- Assist in the planning and sequencing of construction processes in accordance with the project quality plan.
- Conduct regular inspections and assess the performance of work performed by all subcontractors.
- Supervising contracted employees.
- Coordinate the delivery of completed works to the client and complete the necessary corrections.
- Attend meetings with owners to resolve technical and other related issues.
- Evaluate and resolve any inconsistencies and problems arising during construction that affect the quality of work performed.
Job Requirements
- College / University, and Bachelor of Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 5-8 site experience is required.
- The ability to remain flexible and calm under pressure and in the face of a tight deadline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess an understanding of business critical scenarios in terms of site management and safety.
