About the Job
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
  • Write training manuals.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems
  • Train computer users.
  • Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
  • Ask Questions to determine nature of Problem
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
Job Requirements
  • V.good English is a must
  • Must worked in the IT field as a help desk before not less than 1 Year
  • BC of computer science or information system university
  • Males Only
  • Doesn't have any problem to work on shift basis
