Job Description
- Export coordinators are responsible for arranging shipments, preparing and confirming order approval, handling pricing information, and releasing invoices
- Prepared all shipping documents: purchase orders, acknowledgments, invoices, packing list and letter of credits.
- Coordinated with suppliers and warehouses prices and lead-time of goods.
- Insured all documentation for exports has been properly processed for export compliance.
- Managed ordering of all office and warehouse supplies
Job Requirements
- Export coordinators are required to have a great understanding of the domestic and world economy.
- They must have strong communication skills and basic computer skills.
- They must also manage their own team while also coordinating with other teams, dealing with customers.
- Since most export coordinators interact with the international business community, being fluent in a foreign language can be helpful.
