About the Job
  • Install and configure computers, Hard wares, Systems, Networks, Printers, etc.
  • Support Staff either face to face, over the phone, or remotely for solving problems.
  • Troubleshooting system network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware & Softwares faults.
  • Replace PCs/ laptops, printers as required.
  • Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles.
  • Responding in a timely manner to services, issues, and requests.
