Job Description
Operational Role:
- Execute sales plans to penetrate the market for Translation services and capture significant market share.
- Initiate interaction with prospective clients to generate sales leads via phone calls, emails, or face to face meetings.
- Meet sales targets through quality, strategic sales leads, building and expanding client relationships; troubleshooting client concerns; and preparing sales presentations and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations.
- Analyze requests and answer queries and prepare quotes.
- The main function of a Sales Executive is to build a long run and strong relationship with clients by identifying and selling services/products; and maintaining relationships with clients as well.
Customer Relationship Role:
- Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationships.
- Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and retention
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in languages.
- 1:2 Years of experience in Call Center or Sales Experience.
- Experience in dealing with Gulf customers is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the English language.
- Well-organized and reliable.
