Job Description
- Profolio is looking to hire Junior Recruiters with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment generally, whether in a company or a recruitment agency and has basic knowledge of the recruitment cycle.
Duties:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process for all roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates ensuring a smooth process through offer and on boarding process
- Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
- Drive offer process including extending offers and partnering with hiring managers to close candidates
- Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques as well as creating new ones in order to be competitive in recruiting practices
