About the Job

Rashideen Egypt for Trade (RETC) is hiring Service Desk Specialist.

Job duties:

  • Daily check for systems status, creating tickets with users’ issues & relate it to assigned division.
  • Follow-up & track the tickets with IT divisions.
  • Responsible for the inventory system (documentation, tracking & updating sheets of hardware devices).
  • Use (active directory administrative tools) to manage user accounts (creating
  • accounts, set up passwords, create emails, create groups , identify permissions for users ) As per IT department policy.
  • Responsible for IT project management documentation.
  • Issuing SAP PR’s & PO’s
  • Preparing & Creating Virtual machine Servers on Data Center Servers
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Service Desk.
  • MCSA, MCSE & CCNA certification.
  • Excellent Ms office skills.
  • Very Good English Language.
  • Excellent communication, follow up and time management skills.
