Checks the chemical processing parameters of the profiles daily.
Gives instructions to bathers, anodizing line operator, waste treatment line operator and heaters.
Carries out corrective actions for the operation of the department within the prescribed chemical parameters and limits.
Checks the samples of the final product with a series of laboratory tests specified by the quality organization Qualanod and informs the head of the department for any problematic quantities of production in order to commit them
Keeps a strict record where a series of qualitative and quantitative production data, an essay file as well as statistical data on consumption of raw materials such as chemicals are recorded.
Carries out sampling checks of the chemicals used and the evaluation of the respective suppliers.
Works in consultation with the head of the department and the shift managers.
Has the responsibility to observe the control procedures as they are provided by the applicable procedures.
Provides technical support and training on the issues of chemical treatment and quality - laboratory control of anodized profiles to the employees of the department
Is responsible for the observance of the environmental obligations of the unit as they are defined in the AEPO (Decision of Approval of Environmental Terms).
Sends requests for orders for chemical line and consumables of the boiler room and waste treatment laboratory.
