Job Description
- Responsible for organizing Fulfillment Point (FP) team shifts and distributing tasks
- Responsible for implementing operating system changes
- Responsible for highlighting weak spots in the FP and recommending and trialing fixes
- Responsible for optimizing operations to ensure the quickest and most precise execution
- Ensure the inventory is sufficient to support the needs of order fulfillment
- Responsible for analyzing sales data and adjusting amounts of daily inventory received to ensure no products are out of stock and also minimize waste
- Fully responsible for the FP operations at all times
- Fully responsible for handling the FP team (10 - 15 members)
- Responsible for highlighting ways of increasing sales in the respective sales area
- Responsible for handling on the ground marketing campaigns in the respective sales area
- Ensure fulfillment point is kept in good condition
- Ensure all necessary tasks are carried out by the team
- Maintains accurate inventory through periodic inventory cycle counts
- Ensure company policies are communicated and enforced consistently
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Maximum age is 35
- Very good written and verbal English
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Very strong communication skills
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage/FMCG industry is a must
