  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Achieve objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
