Job Description
- Supervise all the transactions (CRM, Calls, Follow up, site visits, Leads ).
- Supports sales agents to achieve their targets.
- Responsible for selling real estate units.
- Generating new sales leads.
- Leading sales agents in achieving their monthly targets.
- Following up on sales team results.
- Negotiating contracts with clients and developers.
- Support the sales team to close their deals.
- Make daily, weekly reports.
- Close all deals.
Job Requirements
- Good experience in New Capital.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate / Commercial is a (MUST)
- Proven work experience as a Sales Team Leader at least for 2 years.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Able to achieve sales targets
- Hard worker.
- Prefer residence nearby New Cairo , Nasr City , Heliopolis & other around residency.
- Presentable.
- Working Hours from 10am to 6pm and one day off.
