Job Description
- Monitor Staff Compliance with lab policies & Procedures
- Monitor Staff Compliance with proper documentation
- Conduct staff Orientation &in-service Training
- Collaborate in developing polices , manuals, tools, protocols, logs & checklists
- Perform data collection and analysis and improvement projects
- Manage and handle NCRs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Medicine / Science
- Experience in Relevant position in ISO 15189 accredited
- Experience in the technical work of the lab in different disciplines (auto analyzers, Manual,…… etc)
- Can travel and work outside Cairo for few days
- Good conduct in English and Office Skills (Word - Excel - Powerpoint)
