Job Description
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer delivery of all cargo and process all custom releases and monitor all receivables and ensure work within required timeframe and assist supervisors to resolve all transaction issues.
- Provide optimal customer services to all clients and maintain status report for all shipments and maintain knowledge on all technical issues for brokers and collaborate with various departments for release of all goods from customs.
- Maintain and update knowledge on all customs clearance process and evaluate all self-study courses and present same to company and execute required transportation strategies and ensure work according to customers requirement.
- Day to day liaison with the freight forwarders, clearance process, local transportation and other third party logistics including the resolution of issues relating to movement of all products.
- Daily co-ordination of shipping documentation for customs clearance.
- Communicate with our agents in daily basis
- Send daily reports to client with all progress of shipments.

- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with strong customer service skills in Arabic & English.

- Organized and thorough in approach with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Calm and focused approach when working to deadlines
- Strong IT skills with particular emphasis on MS Office packages including intermediate Excel and ability to pick up new systems.
